Orders may be placed on-line via this website or by phone at 1.888.393.9960 M - F 8 AM - 5 PM Mountain Time. On-line payment methods for US customers are Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. For our customers who still prefer not to transmit their credit card number over the Internet, we also offer the option of phoning or faxing in your entire order with your credit card information.
Prices and product specifications are subject to change without notice. Prices displayed on this website do not include shipping, handling or sales taxes. Shipping costs and sales taxes, where applicable, will automatically be calculated during the checkout process. All ship/delivery dates are estimates and cannot be guaranteed by EZPnP™. All orders, prices and shipping rates are subject to price confirmation, verification and correction. EZPnP™ is not responsible for typographical errors or omissions relating to pricing, copy, photography, specifications, or application. In the event of a pricing error we will contact you via E-mail with the corrected pricing information. All orders are subject to EZPnP™ approval.
EZPnP-USA.com collects applicable sales tax on merchandise in those states where it is obligated to do so. In other states, you are responsible for remitting any applicable sales tax on merchandise directly to the appropriate state.
Upon product availability, most orders will ship within 24 hours(Monday-Fridays except holidays)pending credit card verification, if applicable. Orders may be subject to an additional credit card verification process. Orders not verified after 5 business days are subject to cancellation at EZPnP's discretion. We apologize for this inconvenience; however, it is essential to provide this protection for both you the consumer and EZPnP.

International orders cannot be accepted on our website at this time. Due to an unusually high incidence of fraudulent orders placed from outside the United States, we do not accept credit cards as a payment method on international orders. The Purchaser must be at least 18 years old and of legal age and capacity in their country of residence. Acceptable forms of payment include cashier's checks payable on a United States bank, and bank wire transfers.
If you choose to pay using a cashier's check or wire transfer, please contact EZPnP's Customer Service Department at 888.393.9960 or email@example.com for sales quotation and remittance information. If paying by wire transfer, there will be a $20 USD transfer fee. This transfer fee is not refundable. Your order will ship upon receipt of payment.
EZPnP™ is not responsible for any possible customs duties, taxes or other charges imposed by the customer's final shipping destination.
Our shipping carrier is FedEx. Your available shipping methods will appear automatically in your Shopping Cart for orders entered on-line. After you have chosen your shipping method(s), the shipping and handling charges will be calculated in your Shopping Cart before you place your order. Your credit card is not charged until product is shipped. Upon shipment of product, you will receive notification from FedEx with tracking number.
FedEx does not deliver to post office boxes; therefore, please provide a physical address to which we can ship your order. FedEx will deliver to your home even if you do not have home mail delivery.
Please carefully examine merchandise upon receipt of delivery from carrier. Any damages that have occurred in transit must be noted on carrier delivery record. If damages were not noticed at the time of delivery, you MUST notify EZPnP™ and carrier via phone or email within 48 hours of receipt. Any claim reported after 48 hours of receiving goods will be considered an invalid claim.
